1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between jlilipg and all persons who access or use the jlilipg platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• All information you provide to jlilipg is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the jlilipg Platform and remain in effect until your account is closed or these Terms are superseded by an updated version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jlilipg Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jlilipg strictly enforces this age restriction and will require documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: The jlilipg Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlilipg or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming exclusion registry.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) jlilipg account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jlilipg Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid government-issued identification document.

Acceptable forms of identification for KYC verification include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) ID

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlilipg account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. jlilipg will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify jlilipg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. jlilipg reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Providing false information to jlilipg constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlilipg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your jlilipg account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• jlilipg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jlilipg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlilipg is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlilipg reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlilipg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all jlilipg bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• jlilipg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• jlilipg reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error;
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlilipg Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all jlilipg games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jlilipg's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jlilipg's decision in such matters is final;
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. jlilipg will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of manifest error;
• jlilipg reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing or technical error has occurred;
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their account before placing any bet. jlilipg does not extend credit to players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlilipg Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlilipg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. jlilipg provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jlilipg Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlilipg Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jlilipg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jlilipg Platform without the prior written consent of jlilipg.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jlilipg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the jlilipg Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jlilipg implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jlilipg cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlilipg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's availability for any reason.

jlilipg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlilipg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

jlilipg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 4.4.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jlilipg reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlilipg Platform shall first be submitted to jlilipg's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also escalate gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory body.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlilipg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlilipg will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
